The leaders of the Group of Seven (G7) countries called on Iran to de-escalate tensions, while emphasizing Israel's right to self-defense.
According to reports such as News1 on the 16th (local time), through a joint statement at the G7 summit held in Canada, the leaders stated, "We affirm that Israel has the right to defend itself," and "We once again express our support for Israel's security."
