• In accordance with best practices for virtual asset trading support, if there have been security incidents such as hacking, or if the issuer or operator does not properly disclose important information of the virtual asset via appropriate electronic delivery means in a timely manner, Upbit has determined that there are many unsatisfactory aspects after comprehensive review and that there is a risk of causing user damage. Therefore, on July 14, 2025, Pundi AI was designated as an item of caution. After further careful review of the virtual asset, Upbit has determined that the reason for designation has not been resolved and, following the digital asset caution listing and trading support termination policy, has decided to terminate trading support.

• Even after trading support for the digital asset is terminated, withdrawals will be supported for 30 days from the termination date (until 2025-09-29) in accordance with the trading support termination policy.

• Members who need to withdraw the above digital asset must do so by 2025-09-29. Deposits (or mistaken transfers) of delisted assets cannot be credited, and after the withdrawal support period has ended, due to technical reasons (in the case of mistaken transfers), return may take a very long time, so please be sure to take caution.
