Reason for Termination of Trading Support:

It was found that Ethernity Chain (ERN) either failed to publicly disclose information that could significantly impact the value of the virtual asset in a timely and appropriate manner or made arbitrary changes without justifiable reasons. Considering the transparency and rationality of the major change procedures and the social credibility of the key parties, there remain multiple deficiencies that may cause user damages, leading to its designation as a cautionary asset. Precautions

• When designated as a cautionary asset or when trading support ends, deposits for the asset may be suspended. In such cases, we will notify you with a separate announcement.

• For assets whose trading support has ended, conversion to KRW value is not possible and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you must provide additional recipient information or withdraw to an externally whitelisted wallet address that has been approved.

• All outstanding orders will be collectively canceled after the termination of trading support.

• Existing trade history will remain available even after withdrawal support ends.

• You must issue a deposit wallet address for the asset before the trading support termination date to ensure withdrawal support is available after termination.

• Depending on requirements from laws, regulations, or authorities during the termination process, the trading support termination period may be shortened. In such cases, a separate notice will be provided.
