[Notice] Bloomingbit Community Operation Policy Change Notice

Hello. This is Bloomingbit.

We thank members who use the Bloomingbit service and inform you that the Bloomingbit 'Community Operation Policy' will be changed as of September 12, 2025.

The main changes are as follows, and the full text of the amended terms can be found at the link below.

1. Main changes and reasons for revision

- Changes to member policy

- Establishment of news comments and replies policy

- Strengthening of community sanction items and deletion of influencer-related policy

2. Changes

- Change in registration method and expansion of login options

- Revision of user ID policy and addition of country setting feature

- Strengthening of news comments and replies usage guide

- Deletion of Bloomingbit influencer-related policy previously operated under existing policy.

- Addition of detailed provisions recognizing diversity and prohibiting discrimination

→ Prohibition of discriminatory and hateful expressions based on politics, religion, ideology, gender, age, region of origin, race, sexual orientation, etc.

- Strengthening of legal and ethical compliance items

→ Explicit prohibition on the production and distribution of illegal content such as drugs, illegal filming, pornography, and copyright infringement.

3. Matters related to objections

- If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may freely withdraw through the Bloomingbit membership withdrawal procedure.

- Please note that if you do not file a separate objection before the effective date of the amended terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to these amended terms.
