Reason for termination of trading support:

Notes

• For assets whose trading support has ended, conversion to Korean won is impossible and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you may need to enter additional recipient information or have the external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting) approved before withdrawing.

• All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be collectively canceled.

• Existing transaction history will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination date.

• You must have issued a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination date in order to be able to withdraw after the trading support termination.

• The trading support termination period may be shortened due to laws, requests from authorities, or the occurrence of special circumstances during the trading support termination process. In such cases, we will notify you via a separate announcement.
