⁃ For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to Korean won value is not possible and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you may need to enter additional recipient information or withdraw only after approval of an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

⁃ All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be cancelled in bulk.

⁃ Existing transaction history will be retained even after the withdrawal support end date.

⁃ To be able to withdraw after the trading support termination, you must obtain a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination date.

⁃ During the trading support termination process, the trading support termination period may be shortened due to legal or regulatory requirements or the occurrence of special circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you separately.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has passed, you can request a withdrawal via the Coinone Customer Center. However, withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading may incur a certain fee. (related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has ended, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, or network updates may be discontinued, and accordingly the value of the virtual asset may decrease or disappear.
