[Coinone] Notice of Termination of Trading Support: DAPP

Reason for termination of trading support: Pencil Protocol (DAPP) was designated as an asset for trading caution because, when comprehensively considering the asset's use and purpose, the reality of the business, the presence and extent of disclosures on important matters related to the virtual asset, on-chain activity, trading and adoption status, many areas were found to be insufficient and there was a possibility of causing user harm. Subsequently, we conducted a careful review, including requesting explanatory materials from Pencil Protocol, but no materials were identified that would reasonably demonstrate that the reasons for the designation as an asset for trading caution had been resolved. Therefore, to protect users, we are terminating trading support for Pencil Protocol (DAPP).

Notes

⁃ When an asset is designated as an asset for trading caution or trading support is terminated, deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In that case, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

⁃ For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to Korean won value is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, withdrawals can be made only after entering additional recipient information or obtaining approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

⁃ All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be collectively canceled.

⁃ Existing trading records will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination schedule.

⁃ A deposit wallet address for the asset must be issued before the trading support termination schedule in order to enable withdrawals after trading support is terminated.

⁃ During the trading support termination process, the termination period may be shortened due to legal or regulatory requirements or other special circumstances. In such cases, we will provide notice separately.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has passed, you may request a withdrawal through Coinone Customer Center. However, a fee may be charged for withdrawals of assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For assets whose trading support has ended, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, which may cause the value of the asset to decrease or disappear. Please be sure to withdraw all assets within the withdrawal support period.
