Reason for termination of trading support:

KaiChain (KAI) was designated as an asset requiring trading caution after it was confirmed that there were numerous deficiencies when comprehensively considering whether and how significant matters were disclosed, the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changing significant matters, and the status of trading and adoption, and that there was a possibility of harm to users. Afterwards, we closely reviewed the matter, requesting explanatory materials from KaiChain, but no materials were confirmed that would indicate the reasons for the trading caution designation had been resolved. Therefore, to protect users, we are terminating trading support for KaiChain (KAI).

Notes

• Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended when it is designated as an asset requiring trading caution or when trading support is terminated. In that case, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to Korean won value is not possible and the Travel Rule will apply in all cases. Therefore, withdrawals can be made after entering additional recipient information or after receiving approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be cancelled.

• Existing trading history will remain available even after the withdrawal support termination date.

• You must have an incoming wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination date in order to be able to withdraw it after trading support termination.

• During the process of terminating trading support, the trading support termination period may be shortened due to legal or regulatory requirements or the occurrence of special circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has ended, you can request withdrawal through the Coinone Customer Center. However, withdrawals of virtual assets not supported for trading may incur a fee. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, which may cause the value of the virtual asset to decline or disappear. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
