Reason for termination of trading support:

It has been confirmed that Balancer (BAL) experienced a security incident such as a hacking on November 3, 2025, affecting virtual asset wallets managed by the issuer or operator, the cause of which has not been identified or remediated, and that there is a possibility of user damage. Thereafter, we thoroughly reviewed the matter, including requesting explanatory materials from the Balancer side, but no materials were found to indicate that the reasons for designation as a watchlisted asset had been resolved. Therefore, to protect users, we are terminating trading support for Balancer (BAL).

Important notes

• When trading virtual assets for which termination of trading support has been decided, please be aware of potential sharp price fluctuations.

• Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as a watchlisted asset or termination of trading support. In such cases, we will notify you through a separate announcement.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to KRW value may be impossible and the Travel Rule will apply in all cases. Therefore, withdrawals can be made only after entering additional recipient information or after approval of an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All orders that remain unfilled after the end of trading support will be canceled.

• Existing transaction history will be retained even after the end of withdrawal support.

• To be able to withdraw after trading support ends, you must obtain an incoming wallet address for the virtual asset before the end of trading support.

• During the process of terminating trading support, the termination period may be shortened due to legal or regulatory authority requirements or other special circumstances. In such cases, we will announce it separately.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, which may result in the asset's value decreasing or disappearing.
