Reason for End of Trading Support:

It was confirmed that Ethernity Chain (ERN) failed to properly and promptly disclose important matters that could significantly affect the value of the virtual asset or arbitrarily changed them without justifiable reason. After comprehensively reviewing the transparency and rationality of changes to important matters, and the social credibility of key parties, numerous insufficiencies were identified, indicating a possible risk to users. Thus, it was designated as an item under caution. Coinone requested clarification materials from Ethernity Chain and thoroughly reviewed the responses, but no evidence was found to resolve the reasons for the designation. Therefore, to protect our users, Coinone will end trading support for Ethernity Chain (ERN).

Important Notes

⁃ Deposits for the asset may be suspended when it is designated under caution or trading support is terminated. In this case, a separate notice will be provided.

⁃ Once trading support has ended, conversion to KRW will not be supported for the relevant virtual asset; the travel rule will be applied in all cases. Thus, you must either input additional recipient information or, after receiving approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting), request withdrawals.

⁃ All outstanding orders will be canceled in bulk after the end of trading support date.

⁃ Existing transaction history will be retained even after the withdrawal support deadline.

⁃ You must generate a deposit wallet address for the asset before the end of trading support to be able to withdraw after trading support ends.

⁃ During the end-of-trading support process, trading support period may be shortened due to requirements or special situations arising from relevant law or institutions. In such cases, we will provide separate guidance via an additional notice.

• Even after the withdrawal support period ends, you may request withdrawals through Coinone customer support. However, withdrawals of assets no longer supported for trading may incur certain fees. (Related link)

• When trading support ends, technical support for the corresponding asset may be discontinued, such as mainnet changes, contract updates, airdrops, token swaps, network updates, etc. This may result in the value of the asset decreasing or disappearing. Please be sure to withdraw all assets within the withdrawal support period.
