[Upbit] Notice to Exercise Caution for Stargate Finance (STG) and LayerZero (ZRO)

As the vote on the proposal passed on August 24, 2025, Stargate Finance (STG) is scheduled to be merged into LayerZero (ZRO). Members should be aware of the potential for increased price volatility of Stargate Finance (STG) and LayerZero (ZRO).

• On August 11, 2025, the LayerZero Foundation published a proposal regarding the acquisition of Stargate. The related governance vote was conducted from August 17, 2025 to August 24, 2025 and passed.
