Reason for Trading Support Termination

Smart Layer (SLN) was designated as a cautionary trading item because as of September 3, 2025, public disclosure of important matters related to the virtual asset and a whitepaper explaining them could not be confirmed, and when comprehensively considering trading and adoption status, business reality, etc., it was confirmed that there were many insufficient aspects that could cause user harm. Subsequently, we requested explanatory materials from Smart Layer and conducted a thorough review, but no materials were identified that would justify that the reasons for designation as a cautionary trading item had been resolved. Therefore, to protect users, trading support for Smart Layer (SLN) will be terminated.

Notes

⁃ When a virtual asset is designated as a cautionary trading item or trading support is terminated, deposits of the asset may be suspended. In this case, we will inform you via a separate announcement.

⁃ For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to KRW value is not possible and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you may need to enter recipient information additionally or approve the external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting) before being able to withdraw.

⁃ All outstanding orders after the trading support termination date will be canceled in bulk.

⁃ Existing transaction history will be maintained even after the withdrawal support termination schedule.

⁃ A deposit wallet address for the asset must be issued before the trading support termination schedule in order to enable withdrawals after the trading support termination.

⁃ During the trading support termination process, the trading support termination period may be shortened due to laws, agency requirements, or the occurrence of special circumstances. In such cases, we will notify via a separate announcement.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has passed, you can request a withdrawal through Coinone Customer Center. However, withdrawals of virtual assets that are no longer supported may incur certain fees. (related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be suspended, and as a result the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
