Reason for termination of trading support:

Label AI (LBL) was designated as an asset subject to trading caution on September 19, 2025, because many aspects were found to be insufficient when comprehensively considering the transparency and rationality of major change procedures, as well as whether and to what extent material matters were disclosed, and there was a possibility of causing user harm. Afterward, we requested explanatory materials from Label AI and conducted a thorough review, but no materials were found that would justify a determination that the reasons for designation as an asset subject to trading caution had been resolved. Therefore, to protect users, we are terminating trading support for Label AI (LBL).

Notes

• When an asset is designated as subject to trading caution or trading support is terminated, deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In such cases, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, it is impossible to convert to KRW value and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, withdrawals can be made only after entering additional recipient information or receiving approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All orders that remain unfilled after the trading support termination date will be canceled.

• Existing transaction records will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination date.

• Withdrawals after the trading support termination will only be possible if a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset has been issued before the trading support termination date.

• During the process of terminating trading support, the trading support termination period may be shortened due to legal or regulatory requirements or the occurrence of special circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has passed, you can request withdrawals through the Coinone Customer Center. However, a fee may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, and as a result the value of the virtual asset may decrease or disappear.
