Reason for termination of trading support:

Libra Finance (LBR) was designated as a watchlisted item after it was confirmed that there are multiple insufficient aspects regarding the authenticity of the business and the actual progress status, and the transparency and rationality of procedures for changes to important matters, which could potentially cause harm to users. Afterwards, we requested explanatory materials from Libra Finance and conducted a thorough review, but no materials were found that would justify that the reasons for designation as a watchlisted item had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, we are terminating trading support for Libra Finance (LBR).

• When an asset is designated as a watchlisted item or trading support is terminated, deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In that case, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to Korean won value is not possible and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, withdrawals can be made after entering additional recipient information or after approving an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be cancelled in bulk.

• Existing transaction history will be retained even after the withdrawal support end schedule.

• You must generate the deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination date to be able to withdraw after the trading support termination.

• The trading support termination period may be shortened due to laws, requests from authorities, or the occurrence of special circumstances. In that case, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• You can request withdrawals through the Coinone Customer Center even after the withdrawal support period has passed. However, withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading may incur a fee. (related link)

• Technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates for virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated may be suspended, and as a result the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
