Reason for Termination of Trading Support

Dvision (DVI) was designated as a cautionary trading item on November 7, 2025, after it was confirmed that, when comprehensively considering disclosures of important matters related to the virtual asset and the asset's related utility and business status, there were many insufficient aspects and there was a possibility of causing user harm. Subsequently, we requested explanatory materials from Dvision and conducted a thorough review, but we did not find materials that would indicate the reasons for designation as a cautionary trading item had been resolved. • All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be collectively canceled.

• Existing transaction history will be maintained even after the withdrawal support termination date.

• In order to be able to withdraw after the trading support termination, you must have an incoming wallet address for the virtual asset issued before the trading support termination date.

• During the trading support termination process, the trading support termination period may be shortened due to legal or institutional requirements or the occurrence of special circumstances. In that case, we will notify you via a separate notice.
