Reason for termination of trading support:

On December 5, 2025, MASA was designated as an item under trading caution after comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, including indications that follow-up measures related to past security incidents had not been sufficiently implemented, the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changes to material matters, and whether and to what extent material matters were disclosed. As there were numerous unresolved issues and concerns that user harm could occur, the asset was designated as an item under trading caution. Thereafter, we conducted a close review, including requesting explanatory materials from the MASA side, but we were unable to confirm materials sufficient to determine that the reasons for designation as an item under trading caution had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, we will terminate trading support for Masa (MASA).

⁃ Upon designation as an item under trading caution or termination of trading support, deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In such case, we will provide guidance through a separate notice.

⁃ For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to a KRW value is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you may withdraw only after entering additional beneficiary information or obtaining approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

⁃ All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be canceled in a batch.

⁃ Existing trading history will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination date.

⁃ You must have an deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset by the trading support termination date in order to continue using withdrawal support after trading support is terminated.

⁃ During the process of terminating trading support, the termination period may be shortened due to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or special circumstances. In such case, we will notify you via a separate notice.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has elapsed, you may request a withdrawal through the Coinone Customer Center. However, a fee of a certain amount may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, and as a result, the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
