Reason for termination of trading support:

On December 5, 2025, Masa (MASA) was designated as a cautionary asset after a comprehensive review found multiple shortcomings and concerns that could lead to user harm, including indications that follow-up measures related to past security incidents had not been sufficiently implemented, the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changes to material matters, and whether (and to what extent) material matters were disclosed. Coinone then conducted a close review, including requesting explanatory materials from MASA; however, no materials were identified that would justify concluding that the reasons for the cautionary designation had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, Coinone will terminate trading support for Masa (MASA).

Termination of withdrawal support: March 9, 2026 (Mon), 15:00

Notes

Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as a cautionary asset and/or termination of trading support. If this occurs, we will provide notice via a separate announcement.
For virtual assets for which trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Accordingly, you may withdraw only after entering additional beneficiary information or obtaining approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).
All unfilled orders after the termination of trading support will be canceled in bulk.
Existing transaction history will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination date.
You must generate a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset by the trading support termination date in order to continue to have withdrawal support after trading support ends.
The termination period for trading support may be shortened due to the occurrence of legal or institutional requirements and special circumstances during the termination process. In such cases, we will inform you via a separate notice.
Even after the withdrawal support period has ended, you may request a withdrawal through the Coinone Customer Center. However, withdrawals of virtual assets not supported for trading may incur a certain fee. (Related link)
For virtual assets for which trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, network updates, etc. may be discontinued. As a result, the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear. Be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
