Reason for termination of trading support

AI16Z (AI16Z) was designated as an item of trading caution on December 24, 2025, as it was confirmed that material matters that could significantly affect the value of the virtual asset were not disclosed in a timely and appropriate manner, or were arbitrarily changed without justifiable reasons. Taking into comprehensive consideration factors such as the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changing material matters and the transparency of the virtual asset’s operation, multiple shortcomings were identified, along with the potential to cause user harm. We subsequently conducted a thorough review, including requesting explanatory materials from AI16Z (AI16Z), but did not confirm any materials sufficient to determine that the reasons for the trading-caution designation had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, Coinone will terminate trading support for AI16Z (AI16Z).

Precautions

When trading a virtual asset for which termination of trading support has been decided, please be mindful of sharp price volatility.
Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as an item of trading caution or termination of trading support. In such cases, we will inform you through a separate notice.
For virtual assets for which trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule will apply in all cases. Accordingly, you can withdraw only after entering additional recipient information or obtaining approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).
All open orders remaining after the termination date will be canceled in a batch.
Existing trading history will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination date.
To enable withdrawal support even after the termination of trading support, you must issue a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset before the termination of trading support.
The termination period may be shortened due to applicable laws or regulatory/institutional requirements and any special circumstances arising during the termination process. In such cases, we will notify you through a separate notice.
You may request withdrawals through Coinone Customer Support even after the withdrawal support period has ended. However, a fee of a certain amount may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)
For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, and as a result the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear. Be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
