Reasons for termination of trading support

AI16Z (AI16Z) was designated as an item under trading caution on December 24, 2025, after a comprehensive review confirmed multiple deficiencies and the potential for user harm, including failure to disclose in a timely and appropriate manner material matters that could significantly affect the value of the virtual asset, or making arbitrary changes without justifiable reasons, as well as insufficient transparency and reasonableness in the procedures for changing material matters and in the transparency of the asset’s operations. Subsequently, we conducted a thorough review, including requesting explanatory materials from AI16Z (AI16Z), but we did not confirm any materials sufficient to determine that the reasons for the trading-caution designation had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, we will terminate trading support for AI16Z (AI16Z).

Cautions

⁃ When trading a virtual asset for which termination of trading support has been decided, please be mindful of sharp price fluctuations.

• When an item is designated under trading caution or trading support is terminated, deposits for the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In such cases, we will notify you through a separate announcement.

⁃ For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Accordingly, withdrawals can be made only after entering additional beneficiary information or after obtaining approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

⁃ All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be canceled in bulk.

⁃ Existing transaction history will remain available even after the withdrawal support termination date.

⁃ To enable withdrawal support even after trading support ends, you must issue a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination date.

⁃ During the termination process, the termination period may be shortened due to laws and regulations, requirements from authorities, or the occurrence of special circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you through a separate announcement.

• Even after the withdrawal support period ends, you may request a withdrawal via Coinone Customer Support. However, a fee may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, which may cause the value of the virtual asset to decline or disappear.
