Eleanor Terrett, host of Crypto America, wrote on X on the 13th (local time) that "members of the Senate Banking Committee submitted a total of 137 amendments to the bill text released the previous day." The amendments reflect eleventh-hour negotiations ahead of the 5 p.m. (U.S. Eastern time) deadline.
According to multiple sources, some of the submitted amendments are expected to be formally discussed during the committee markup process scheduled for this Thursday. However, it has not yet been determined whether all of the amendments will be brought up for a vote.
