Reason for termination of trading support:

Heroes of Mavia (MAVIA) was designated as an item under trading caution on December 15, 2025, after it was confirmed that important matters that could materially affect the value of the virtual asset were not disclosed in a timely and appropriate manner, or were changed arbitrarily without justifiable reason. Thereafter, we conducted a thorough review, including requesting explanatory materials from Heroes of Mavia, but we were unable to confirm any materials sufficient to determine that the grounds for the trading-caution designation had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, we will terminate trading support for Heroes of Mavia (MAVIA).

• Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as an item under trading caution or upon termination of trading support. In such cases, we will provide guidance through a separate notice.

• For virtual assets for which trading support has been terminated, conversion into a KRW value is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you can withdraw only after entering additional recipient information or receiving approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All unfilled orders after the termination date of trading support will be cancelled in bulk.

• Existing trading history will be retained even after the termination date of withdrawal support.

• You must issue a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset by the termination date of trading support in order to continue using withdrawal support after trading support ends.

• The termination period for trading support may be shortened due to applicable laws or requirements from authorities/institutions, or due to exceptional circumstances, during the termination process. In such cases, we will provide guidance via a separate notice.

• You may request withdrawals through Coinone Customer Support even after the withdrawal support period has ended. However, a certain fee may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets for which trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued. As a result, the value of the virtual asset may decline or become worthless. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
