Cloudbric (CLBK), Loungem (LZM), Crust Network (CRU), Fancy (FNCY), Iskra (ISK), Everyworld (EVERY), Hava (HVH), and sKlay (SKLAY) have been designated as Trading Caution Assets by member exchanges of the Digital Asset eXchange Alliance (DAXA). DAXA member exchanges may take measures such as issuing cautions, designating Trading Caution Assets, and terminating trading support to protect users. Therefore, if you hold any of these virtual assets, please be sure to review this notice and use it as a reference.

Reasons for designation as Trading Caution Assets

Market-cap requirement*

• Not met: Cloudbric (CLBK), Loungem (LZM), Crust Network (CRU), Fancy (FNCY), Iskra (ISK), Everyworld (EVERY), Hava (HVH)

• Applies where the aggregated market capitalization across domestic and overseas exchanges falls below KRW 4 billion for 30 days or more within a quarter for two consecutive quarters

Trading-turnover requirement*

• Not met: Cloudbric (CLBK), Loungem (LZM), sKlay (SKLAY)

• Among assets with aggregated market capitalization below KRW 50 billion, applies where the quarterly average daily trading turnover on Coinone and other KRW-denominated exchanges is below 1%

As it has been determined that the above virtual assets carry a high risk of user harm if trading support is maintained, they will be designated as Trading Caution Assets for approximately three months to help prevent further potential harm to users.

Notes

⁃ Upon designation as a Trading Caution Asset or termination of trading support, deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In such cases, we will provide guidance via a separate notice.

⁃ Coinone will determine whether to extend or lift the Trading Caution Asset designation, or to terminate trading support, following a thorough review of the relevant virtual assets. The designation period may be extended during the explanation procedure and review process, and trading support may be terminated if the reasons for designation are not resolved. In such cases, we will provide guidance via a separate notice.
