Cloudbric (CLBK), LoungeM (LZM), Crust Network (CRU), FNCY (FNCY), Iskra (ISK), Everyworld (EVERY), Haba (HVH), and sKLAY (SKLAY) have been designated as cautionary trading items by member exchanges of the Digital Asset eXchange Alliance (DAXA).

DAXA member exchanges may take measures such as issuing caution alerts, designating assets as cautionary trading items, and terminating trading support for the purpose of user protection.

Accordingly, if you hold any of these digital assets, please make sure to review this notice carefully and refer to it when using our services.

Reasons for designation as cautionary trading items

* Failure to meet the market-cap requirement*: Cloudbric (CLBK), LoungeM (LZM), Crust Network (CRU), FNCY (FNCY), Iskra (ISK), Everyworld (EVERY), Haba (HVH)

* * The combined market cap across domestic and overseas exchanges was below KRW 4 billion for at least 30 days within a quarter for two consecutive quarters.

* Failure to meet the trading-turnover requirement*: Cloudbric (CLBK), LoungeM (LZM), sKLAY (SKLAY)

* * Among assets with a combined market cap below KRW 50 billion, the quarterly average daily trading turnover on our exchange and other KRW-denominated exchanges was below 1%.

The above digital assets are deemed to pose a high risk of potential user harm if trading support is maintained. Accordingly, to help prevent further user harm, these assets will be designated as cautionary trading items for approximately three months.

Notes

• Deposits of the relevant digital assets may be suspended when an asset is designated as a cautionary trading item or when trading support is terminated. In such cases, we will provide guidance through a separate notice.

• Coinone will determine whether to extend or lift the cautionary designation, or to terminate trading support, following a thorough review of the relevant assets. The designation period may be extended during the explanation process and review, and trading support may be terminated if the reasons for designation are not resolved. In such cases, we will provide guidance through a separate notice.

• Please exercise extra caution when investing in digital assets designated as cautionary trading items.
