Reason for termination of trading support:

Myro (MYRO) is a virtual asset issued based on online content. The related community has not been sufficiently activated, and, after comprehensively considering factors such as the project’s substance and sustainability of operations, we identified numerous shortcomings that could potentially result in user harm. Accordingly, it was designated as a cautionary asset. We subsequently conducted a close review as to whether the reasons for the cautionary designation had been resolved, but we were unable to confirm any materials sufficient to determine that the grounds for designation as a cautionary asset had been remedied. Therefore, to protect users, we will terminate trading support for Myro (MYRO).

Notes

• When an asset is designated as a cautionary asset or when trading support is terminated, deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In such case, we will provide notice through a separate announcement.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to KRW value is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Accordingly, you may withdraw only after providing additional recipient information or receiving approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All open orders that remain unfilled after the trading support termination date will be canceled in a batch.

• Existing trading history will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination date.

• To enable withdrawals even after trading support is terminated, you must have an deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination date.

• During the termination process, the termination period may be shortened due to applicable laws, regulatory/institutional requirements, or special circumstances. In such case, we will provide notice through a separate announcement.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has ended, you may request a withdrawal via Coinone Customer Support. However, a fee may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support may be discontinued for events such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, network updates, etc. As a result, the value of the virtual asset may decline or become worthless. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
