Reason for termination of trading support: Yala (YALA) was designated as a trading caution asset on December 24, 2025, as a comprehensive review of factors including the substance and sustainability of the business related to the virtual asset, and the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changes to material matters, found numerous inadequacies and confirmed the potential to cause user harm. Subsequently, we conducted a detailed review, including requesting explanatory materials from Yala (YALA); however, we did not identify materials sufficient to conclude that the reasons for designation as a trading caution asset have been resolved. Notes⁃ Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as a trading caution asset or termination of trading support. In such cases, we will provide notice through a separate announcement.⁃ For virtual assets for which trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you may withdraw only after entering additional beneficiary information or obtaining approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).⁃ All unfilled orders after the termination date will be canceled in bulk.⁃ Existing trading history will be retained even after the termination of withdrawal support.⁃ You must have a deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset by the termination of trading support in order to continue to have withdrawal support after trading support ends.⁃ The termination period may be shortened due to the occurrence of legal or regulatory requirements or special circumstances during the termination process. In such cases, we will notify you through a separate announcement.- Even after the withdrawal support period has elapsed, you may request a withdrawal through Coinone Customer Support.
