Reason for termination of trading support:

Yala (YALA) was designated as a cautionary item on December 24, 2025, after an overall assessment found numerous shortcomings—including with respect to the substance and sustainability of the business related to the virtual asset, and the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changes to material matters—and confirmed the potential to cause user harm. Subsequently, we conducted a close review, including requesting explanatory materials from Yala (YALA), but we were unable to confirm materials sufficient to determine that the reasons for the cautionary designation had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, Coinone will terminate trading support for Yala (YALA).

Notes

• When a virtual asset is designated as a cautionary item or trading support is terminated, deposits of the asset may be suspended. In such cases, we will provide guidance via a separate notice.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to KRW value is not possible, and the Travel Rule will apply in all cases. Therefore, you may withdraw only after entering additional recipient information or receiving approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be canceled in bulk.

• Existing transaction history will remain available even after the withdrawal support termination date.

• You must have an address issued for the deposit wallet of the relevant virtual asset prior to the trading support termination date in order to continue using withdrawal support after trading support ends.

• During the process of terminating trading support, the termination period may be shortened due to legal or regulatory requirements or the occurrence of exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will provide guidance via a separate notice.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has ended, you may request a withdrawal through the Coinone Customer Center. However, a certain fee may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued; as a result, the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
