Reason for termination of trading support:

Flow (FLOW) was designated as a trading caution item on December 27, 2025, after it was confirmed that a security incident—such as an unresolved or unidentified hacking incident—occurred on the distributed ledger where the virtual asset is issued, transmitted, and stored, which could potentially cause user harm. Thereafter, we conducted a close review, including requesting explanatory materials from Flow, but we were unable to confirm any materials sufficient to conclude that the reasons for the trading caution designation had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, we will terminate trading support for Flow (FLOW).

Important Notes

• When trading a digital asset for which termination of trading support has been decided, please be mindful of sharp price volatility.

• For digital assets whose trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Accordingly, you may withdraw only after entering additional beneficiary information or obtaining approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All unfilled orders after the termination of trading support will be canceled in bulk.

• Existing transaction history will be retained even after the termination of withdrawal support.

• To enable withdrawal support even after termination of trading support, you must have an deposit wallet address issued for the relevant digital asset before the termination of trading support date.

• During the termination process, the termination period may be shortened due to laws and regulations, requests from authorities, or the occurrence of special circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you via a separate notice.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has ended, you may request a withdrawal through the Coinone Customer Center. However, a certain fee may be charged for withdrawals of digital assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For digital assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, network updates, etc. may be discontinued, and accordingly the value of the digital asset may decline or disappear.
