Reason for termination of trading support:

Flow (FLOW) was designated as a cautionary item on December 27, 2025, after it was confirmed that there was a possibility of user harm due to security incidents such as hacking—whose cause has not been identified or has not been remedied—occurring on the distributed ledger where the virtual asset is issued, transmitted, and stored. Since then, we have closely reviewed the matter, including requesting explanatory materials from the Flow side; however, we have not confirmed any materials sufficient to determine that the reasons for the cautionary designation have been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, we will terminate trading support for Flow (FLOW).

Important Notes

• When trading a virtual asset for which termination of trading support has been decided, please be mindful of sharp price volatility.

• Deposits for the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as a cautionary item or termination of trading support. In such cases, we will provide guidance through a separate notice.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you may withdraw only after entering additional recipient information or obtaining approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be canceled in a batch.

• Existing trading history will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination date.

• To enable withdrawals after trading support termination, you must have an existing deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset issued prior to the trading support termination date.

• The termination period may be shortened if legal requirements, requests from authorities, or special circumstances arise during the trading support termination process. In such cases, we will provide guidance through a separate notice.

• Even after the withdrawal support period ends, you may request a withdrawal via the Coinone Customer Center. However, a certain fee may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, network updates, etc. may be discontinued, and as a result the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear. Please be sure to withdraw all virtual assets within the withdrawal support period.
