Since then, we carefully reviewed— including supporting materials—whether the reasons for the cautionary designation for Neiro (NEIRO) had been resolved, but we were unable to confirm any materials sufficient to determine that the grounds for the designation had been addressed. • For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, withdrawals can be made only after additionally entering recipient information or obtaining approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All unfilled orders after the trading support termination time will be cancelled in a batch.

• Existing trading history will remain available even after the withdrawal support termination schedule.

• To enable withdrawal support even after trading support is terminated, you must have your deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination schedule.

• The termination period may be shortened due to the occurrence of legal requirements, requests from authorities, or special circumstances during the termination process. In such cases, we will inform you via a separate notice.

• Even after the withdrawal support period has passed, you may request a withdrawal through the Coinone Customer Center. However, a certain fee may be charged for withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, and as a result, the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear.
