Reason for termination of trading support:

Stella (ALPHA) was designated as a cautionary asset after a comprehensive assessment found multiple insufficient areas—such as whether and to what extent disclosures related to the virtual asset are made, the transparency of governance and asset operations, and the level of community activity—and confirmed the possibility of causing user harm. We subsequently conducted a close review to determine whether the reasons for the designation had been resolved; however, no materials were identified that would allow us to conclude that the grounds for the cautionary designation have been addressed. Accordingly, to protect users, Coinone will terminate trading support for Stella (ALPHA).

• When trading a virtual asset for which termination of trading support has been decided, please be mindful of sharp price volatility.

• Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as a cautionary asset or termination of trading support. In such cases, we will provide guidance through a separate announcement.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Accordingly, you may withdraw only after entering additional recipient information or obtaining approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

• All open orders that remain unfilled after the termination date of trading support will be canceled in bulk.

• Existing transaction history will be retained even after the termination of withdrawal support.

• You must have a deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset by the trading support termination date in order to be able to withdraw even after trading support ends.

• The termination period may be shortened due to the occurrence of requirements or special circumstances arising from laws and regulations or requests from institutions during the termination process. In such cases, we will notify you through a separate announcement.
