US Spot XRP ETFs Attract $25.8 Million, Biggest Daily Inflow Since January

US spot XRP exchange-traded funds recorded their largest daily inflow in about four months, a sign that institutional money may be returning to the token as regulatory uncertainty eases.
US spot XRP ETFs posted net inflows of $25.8 million on May 11, The Block reported on May 12. That was the biggest one-day inflow since Jan. 5.
Data provider SoSoValue showed the inflows came from three funds.
Franklin Templeton's XRPZ led with $13.6 million in net inflows. The Bitwise XRP ETF took in $7.6 million, while Grayscale GXRP drew $4.6 million.
The recent surge in institutional demand that has centered on spot Bitcoin ETFs is also spreading to major altcoin ETFs, including XRP.
As crypto matures into a more established asset class, capital is flowing back into the market, Andri Fauzan Azima, head of research at Bitrue Research Institute, said. XRP is benefiting from clearer regulation and its role in real-world payments infrastructure, he added.
A major price spike has yet to materialize. But quiet accumulation is underway, signaling that the market is increasingly treating XRP as one of the leading blue-chip crypto assets.
Adoption of the XRP Ledger, or XRPL, by major financial institutions is also expanding.
Ripple said last week that it conducted a pilot cross-border payment transaction backed by tokenized US Treasuries with JPMorgan, Mastercard and Ondo Finance.
Meanwhile, spot Bitcoin ETFs have posted net inflows for seven straight weeks, pulling in more than $3.4 billion in total. Solana ETFs also recorded $26.6 million in net inflows on May 11, the largest since February.
By contrast, spot Ether ETFs saw about $16.9 million in net outflows the same day.
XRP traded at $1.47 as of May 12, up 1.23% over the previous 24 hours. It was still down about 39% over the past six months.
