Bitmine appears to have accumulated more than $100 million worth of Ether.
Data from Arkham Intelligence on May 22 show that two newly created crypto wallets believed to be owned by Bitmine recently received a combined 60,000 Ether, worth about $125.9 million.
The tokens were transferred to Bitmine-linked wallets via crypto exchange Kraken and digital-asset custodian BitGo.
As of May 17, Bitmine held 5,278,462 Ether, equal to 4.37% of Ethereum's circulating supply of 120.7 million tokens. Of that total, 4,712,917 Ether is currently staked, worth about $10.3 billion. Annual staking income is estimated at about $289 million.
