Grayscale is pressing ahead with plans to launch an exchange-traded fund tied to Hyperliquid.
Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst James Seyffart said on May 30 that Grayscale had filed Amendment No. 5 for the Hyperliquid Staking ETF.
The filing keeps the proposed ticker as HYPG. It also preserves plans to use about 2 million Hyperliquid tokens, or HYPE, as initial seed assets, worth roughly $130 million at current prices.
The ETF's management fee was not disclosed in the latest amendment. "Still no fee in sight," Seyffart wrote.
The filing appears to follow documents submitted a day earlier. In a separate post, Seyffart said it looked like a response to minor comments from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as wording and formatting revisions, with no notable substantive changes.
