TON Strategy Earned $5.6 Million in TON Staking Rewards in May

Nasdaq-listed TON Strategy, an investor in Telegram-linked blockchain TON, said it earned about $5.6 million in TON staking rewards last month.
Crypto news outlet The Block reported on June 8 that TON Strategy announced through its official channel that it received about 3.3 million TON in staking rewards during May.
The company valued those rewards at about $5.6 million.
TON's staking yield for May was 1.48% on an annualized basis, up 0.09 percentage point from the previous month.
As of the end of May, TON Strategy held 227.5 million TON. Of that amount, 226.8 million TON was being used for staking.
TON Strategy is one of the best-known publicly traded companies strategically accumulating TON as the Telegram ecosystem expands.
In the market, increased activity on the TON network and rising staking returns are viewed as positive for the company's long-term holding strategy.
