The companies have signed an acquisition agreement, and the deal is slated to close in the third quarter, The Block reported on June 16.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Inveniam previously invested $20 million in Mantra before the blockchain project restructured last year.
Earlier this year, Mantra reorganized its operations and cut staff after its OM token plunged more than 90%.
It has since worked to normalize operations and realign its business.
