Ethereum Foundation Co-Executive Director Hsiao-Wei Wang Resigns From Board

Hsiao-Wei Wang, co-executive director of the Ethereum Foundation and a member of its board, has officially resigned, crypto media outlet Wu Blockchain reported on June 18.
Wang said Ethereum’s core strength lies in a permissionless, open infrastructure built collectively by developers and contributors around the world.
She said she has not yet decided what role to take on next. Wang added that she will remain part of the Ethereum community.
Wang has long been a key figure in Ethereum core development and research. Most recently, she took part in running the foundation as co-executive director and a board member.
The Ethereum Foundation has recently been pushing operational changes, including organizational restructuring and governance reforms.
