Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran made no concessions in negotiations with the US and that Iran’s position had been reflected in discussions over Lebanon, where he said there had been some progress.
Odaily, a crypto-focused media outlet, reported on June 22, citing China Central Television, that Pezeshkian said Iran had always entered the talks with dignity and confidence and had not yielded on any point.
He added that Iran would not allow its rights to be ignored under any circumstances and would neither retreat nor bow.
Pezeshkian also said the Lebanon issue had been adjusted in line with Iran’s position during the negotiations already underway, with some positive breakthroughs emerging.
