Binance Withdraws Greece MiCA License Application
Forecast Trend Report by Period

Binance has withdrawn its application for a license in Greece as it seeks authorization under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation, or MiCA.
The company said in a post on X on June 24 that it made the decision after carefully reviewing the status and timeline of the Greek government’s licensing process.
"Europe is an important market for Binance, and we are confident we can secure a license within the next few months," it wrote.
Binance added that user funds remain safe and that it will directly inform European users affected by any changes before the compliance deadline.
Reuters earlier reported, citing multiple sources, that Binance’s MiCA license application in Greece was at risk of being rejected.
