President Donald Trump accused Iran of violating a ceasefire agreement and warned that the U.S. may take further military action.
In a Truth Social post on June 27, Trump said U.S. aircraft struck Iranian missile and drone storage facilities as well as coastal radar sites after what he described as another Iranian breach of the ceasefire.
“Iran may never learn,” he wrote. “A point may come when we can no longer respond reasonably, and in that case we may have to finish militarily what we started very successfully.”
“If that happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist,” he added.
