Coinbase Vice President Says US CLARITY Act Is Near Final Passage

US legislation aimed at bringing the digital-asset industry into the regulatory mainstream is nearing the final stage of the lawmaking process, according to a Coinbase executive.

Ryan VanGrack, a vice president at Coinbase, told Bitcoin News on July 10 that the CLARITY Act is effectively "on the 1-yard line." Legislative and regulatory changes are creating a foundation to accelerate growth for both the industry and Coinbase, he added.
