Keyrock to Acquire Assets of BlockFills’ Institutional Crypto Business

Digital asset services firm Keyrock is set to acquire the trading and brokerage assets of the institutional cryptocurrency business of bankrupt US crypto trading firm BlockFills.
CoinDesk reported on July 16 that the deal will give Keyrock BlockFills’ client list, trading technology, derivatives expertise and regulatory licenses.
Keyrock said the acquisition will help expand its institutional crypto business.
CoinDesk had previously reported that Keyrock agreed to acquire BlockFills for $3.25 million.
