BNY, BitPay Among 15 Firms Added as MiCA-Licensed Crypto Providers

Cointelegraph reported on July 27 on X, formerly known as Twitter, that 15 firms, including BNY, formerly BNY Mellon, and BitPay, were added as new crypto-asset service providers under the Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation, citing an update from the European Securities and Markets Authority.

The latest registrations bring the total number of MiCA-authorized crypto-asset service providers to 309.
