Grayscale Urges Senate to Hold Clarity Act Floor Vote Before August Recess
Forecast Trend Report by Period

Grayscale Investments sent a letter to the US Senate urging it to hold a floor vote on the Clarity Act before Congress begins its August recess, foreign media reported on July 31.
Lawmakers and their staff have spent months working through complex issues including jurisdiction, investor protection and safeguards for developers, Grayscale wrote. The resulting bill would protect investors, prevent legitimate developers from facing excessive regulation, and provide the regulatory clarity Americans need.
After months of bipartisan work, the Clarity Act is now ready for a floor vote, the firm added as it pressed the Senate to act quickly.
