Binance, the global cryptocurrency exchange led by co-CEOs Richard Teng and He Yi, said Aug. 11 that it completed 198 service and feature improvements in the first half of 2026.

The company said it collected 2,354 feedback submissions from users worldwide from January through June and, based on that input, revamped functions across 47 service areas. Key areas included P2P, Binance Chat, Binance Wallet, account experience and navigation.

In its P2P service, where users trade directly with one another, Binance focused on improving transaction safety and fairness in dispute resolution. It added extra safeguards to the payment process and introduced an appeals function that allows sellers to request a review or removal of unfair or malicious negative reviews.

For chat and messaging features introduced this year, Binance made nine improvements, including more reliable message delivery, optimized notifications and support for sending images in customer-support chats. In Binance Wallet, it redesigned the user interface to make RWUSD redemption methods easier to understand. It also addressed loading and freezing issues during account and know-your-customer, or KYC, procedures, navigation malfunctions and page-loading problems following app updates.

Binance said it is also expanding services tied to everyday financial use while strengthening user protections. The company plans to move beyond crypto trading into an integrated financial ecosystem spanning stablecoins, traditional financial products, stocks, payments, cards, fiat deposits and withdrawals, and savings and rewards, linking a range of financial activities on a single platform.

Binance Pay is currently linked to QR-code-based national payment systems in six countries and is scheduled to expand to 10 countries in the third quarter. Binance Card is now available in 36 countries, supporting the use of digital assets in daily life.

Binance said it continues to invest in compliance and security, the core infrastructure underpinning the platform, alongside efforts to improve user experience. The company said it sees compliance not just as a means of meeting regulatory requirements, but as a key system for protecting user assets and the trading environment.

Binance has responded to 313,653 requests from law enforcement agencies worldwide to date, including 36,235 in the first half alone, the company said. With Binance's support, law enforcement agencies recovered or froze more than $40 million this year, bringing the cumulative total to $1.02 billion.

"A platform's competitiveness depends not only on trading volume, but on how safely and conveniently users can use its services," a Binance representative said. "Based on a strong compliance and security framework, we will continue to reflect user feedback in our products and services to improve convenience and trust."
