Trump Sued Over Plan to Give Paying Users Early Access to Truth Social Posts

President Donald Trump has been sued over a plan to give paying customers early access to his Truth Social posts.
A lawsuit has been filed over the “Truth API,” a service operated by Trump Media & Technology Group, Trump’s social media company, Walter Bloomberg reported on Aug. 12.
The Truth API is a paid service that rapidly delivers posts from Trump and other major Truth Social accounts to Wall Street investors. It launched on Aug. 1, and monthly fees run as high as $100,000. More than 10 clients have reportedly signed up.
The service has drawn criticism because paying subscribers could receive market-moving policy announcements from Trump before ordinary investors if he posts them on Truth Social.
