Binance to Restrict Transactions Linked to 11 Digital-Asset Platforms, Including HTX
Forecast Trend Report by Period

Binance, the world’s largest digital-asset exchange, will restrict transactions linked to 11 digital-asset platforms, including HTX.
Cointelegraph reported on Aug. 14 that Binance will stop processing transactions related to 11 platforms and service providers from Aug. 23, including HTX, Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird and NoOnecrypto.
Binance said the move reflects recent changes in the regulatory environment. After the measure takes effect, transactions tied to those platforms may be put on hold for a regulatory compliance review. Related wallets may also face restrictions during the review period.
HTX was added late last month to the European Union’s sanctions list targeting Russia. In May, the UK government also sanctioned Huobi Global, saying it had reasonable grounds to suspect the platform had supported the Russian government.
