Ross Gerber, founder and chief executive officer of U.S. asset manager Gerber Kawasaki Wealth, said Strategy Chairman Michael Saylor has made him skeptical of Bitcoin.
On Aug. 14, Gerber wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, that “Michael Saylor made me skeptical of Bitcoin” and that he now finds it hard to take the cryptocurrency seriously.
Gerber also criticized Saylor in June. At the time, he said Saylor had claimed he would never sell Bitcoin but ultimately “rug-pulled” the market. Gerber added that the sale triggered a market decline and liquidations of speculative positions.
