President Donald Trump said the Commodity Futures Trading Commission is working on decentralized derivatives exchange Hyperliquid’s entry into the US market.
Cointelegraph reported on Aug. 19 that Trump made the remark during a White House meeting with executives from the technology and cryptocurrency industries.
The meeting was attended by the heads of the CFTC and the Securities and Exchange Commission, along with representatives from major crypto companies including Coinbase and Ripple, the report said.
