Under the plan, the company aims to increase its AI-related assets to $800 million by fiscal 2031. It also set a target of $827 million in Bitcoin holdings.

Through the capital plan, Genius Group intends to expand its AI business while pursuing a Bitcoin-centered treasury strategy.
