The two companies were related to Hanwha Group’s blockchain and digital platform business. In the semiannual report, both were listed as excluded from consolidation due to liquidation.

Hanwha had 859 consolidated subsidiaries as of the end of June, compared with 846 at the start of the year. During the first half, 59 were added and 46 were removed. The number of unlisted subsidiaries rose to 848 from 835. Overseas entities are classified as unlisted companies.
